Stance Culture SA – Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, sponsors, and attendees of the Stance Culture SA event.
1.2. By attending or participating, all individuals agree to comply with these terms and any rules announced by event organizers.
2. Sponsorship
2.1. Sponsorship packages or agreements must be confirmed in writing.
2.2. Sponsors must provide logos, banners, or promotional material by the deadline set by organizers.
2.3. All sponsorship contributions (financial or material) are non-refundable once confirmed.
2.4. Sponsors will receive agreed exposure according to their sponsorship level.
3. Participation
3.1. Vehicle owners participate at their own risk; organizers will not be held liable for damage, theft, or loss.
3.2. All vehicles must be roadworthy and meet safety standards.
3.3. Participants must follow marshals’ and security staff’s instructions at all times.
3.4. Alcohol consumption by drivers is strictly prohibited.
3.5. Cooler boxes are allowed only in designated areas and subject to inspection.
4. Event Conduct
4.1. Any form of reckless driving, burnouts, or dangerous behavior will result in immediate disqualification or removal.
4.2. Respect toward other participants, staff, and property is required.
4.3. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone violating event rules.
5. Liability
5.1. Stance Culture SA and its organizers are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or attendance.
5.2. All attendees enter the event grounds at their own risk.
6. Media and Promotion
6.1. By entering the venue, attendees grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings to be used for promotional purposes.
6.2. Media captured at the event remains the property of Stance Culture SA.
7. Changes and Cancellations
7.1. The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. In case of cancellation, communication will be made via official social media and email.
