Event: Stabhilithi Relaunch & Birthday Celebration

Tickets: R100 (General) | R200 (VIP)

1. Ticketing & Admission

Tickets must be purchased through official ticket outlets or at the venue.

Each ticket admits one person only. Duplicated or fraudulent tickets will not be accepted.

No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian unless specified otherwise.

2. Event Rules

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the lineup, program, or schedule without prior notice.

Entry may be refused or guests removed if found intoxicated, disruptive, or engaging in illegal/unacceptable behavior.

Dangerous or prohibited items (e.g., weapons, fireworks, illegal substances) are strictly forbidden.

Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless approved by the organizers.

3. Health & Safety

Attendees must follow all venue rules, security instructions, and emergency procedures.

The event will comply with all safety, health, and public regulations.

The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, illness, or loss incurred at the event unless caused by gross negligence.

4. Parking & Venue Access

Parking is at the owner’s risk. The organizers are not liable for theft, damage, or accidents in parking areas.

Only designated entry and exit points must be used. VIP ticket holders may have separate access areas.

5. Photography, Media & Recordings

By attending, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

Unauthorized professional recording or live streaming is prohibited without written consent from the organizers.

6. Alcohol & Substances

Alcohol will only be served to guests 18 years and older with valid identification.

The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue and possible legal action.

7. Liability & Responsibility

Attendees enter at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and venue owners are not responsible for loss, damage, theft of personal property, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The organizers will not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund through the original ticketing outlet.

Postponement will result in tickets remaining valid for the rescheduled date.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

9. Code of Conduct

Respect fellow attendees, performers, and staff at all times.

Any form of harassment, violence, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal without refund.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Stabhilithi Relaunch & Birthday Celebration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
