Spring Picnic for Girls – Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets

   • Tickets are R200 per child and must be paid in full to secure a booking.

   • Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the organiser.

2. Age Requirement

   • This event is exclusively for girls aged 3–12 years.

   • Children outside the specified age range may not participate.

3. Arrival & Collection

   • Parents/guardians are responsible for dropping off and collecting their children on time.

   • Please arrive 15 minutes before the event starts for registration.

   • Valid identification may be requested when collecting a child.

4. Supervision

   • Children will be supervised by event staff throughout the event.

   • Parents/guardians must provide an emergency contact number during registration.

5. Health & Allergies

   • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements before the event.

   • Organisers cannot administer medication unless prior arrangements have been made.

6. Photography & Media

   • Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

   • By attending, parents/guardians consent to their child's image being used unless they notify the organiser in writing before the event.

7. Food & Refreshments

   • Refreshments will be provided.

   • Please inform organisers of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

8. Behaviour

   • Respectful behaviour is expected from all attendees.

   • The organisers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe without a refund.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

   • Tickets are non-refundable.

   • If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a new date or a refund.

10. Liability

    • While every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of all children, the organisers will not be held liable for loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, or injuries resulting from circumstances beyond their control.

11. Event Changes

    • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme, venue, or activities if necessary.

12. Weather

    • In the event of severe weather, the organiser may postpone the event. Participants will be notified as soon as possible.

    • 13. Booking Confirmation & Picnic

    • Basket Reservation

      • To reserve your child's picnic basket, a ticket must be purchased first.

      • After purchasing your ticket, please contact the event organiser on 076 084 4444 to confirm your booking.

      • Venue details and any additional event information will be shared once your booking has been confirmed.

      • Picnic baskets are reserved only after booking confirmation and are subject to availability.
