Your personal information is protected with us, and we comply with the new POPI Act. By completing this application form, all participants demonstrate understanding and agree with the following Terms and Conditions.
“Soweto Kota Festival or a third-party agency on the SKF behalf may take photographs, images, moving footage, audio, comments, and other personal information, including special personal information (collectively “Personal Information”) of the attendee(s) at the event. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the attendee(s) agrees and gives permission to the Soweto Kota Festival to collect, get, receive, record, organize, collate, store, update, use and share the Personal Information taken at the event. The attendee warrants that he/she has the authority to allow the Premier to use his/her Personal Information for purposes of the event. Where an attendee is under the age of 18, the parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) of the minor consents to the use of the minor’s Personal Information for purposes of the event. The attendee(s) agree that any photographs or videos taken of them in relation to this event will become the property of Premier to use in any marketing campaigns as the Soweto Kota Festival deems fit. The attendee shall have no claim for any compensation for the use of the photographs and/or videos. Soweto Kota Festival will not use any attendee’s Personal Information in any way which breaks the law and undertakes to keep all personal information of attendee(s) secure and for as long as the law requires.”
