SOUND SET SOCIETY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending SOUND SET SOCIETY, all attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission is strictly subject to the presentation of a valid ticket. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms.

2. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. Tickets may not be exchanged for cash and lost, stolen, duplicated, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

3. The organisers reserve the right to change the venue, lineup, artists, schedule, or any aspect of the event without prior notice. Artist cancellations or lineup changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. SOUND SET SOCIETY is strictly an 18+ event. Valid identification may be required upon entry.

5. By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. The organisers reserve the right to use all photographs, video footage, and recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.

6. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully at all times. Violence, harassment, discrimination, vandalism, or any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

7. No weapons, illegal substances, explosives, hazardous materials, or other prohibited items are permitted on the premises. Security reserves the right to conduct searches upon entry.

8. Attendees attend the event at their own risk. The organisers, hosts, venue owners, sponsors, and affiliates accept no responsibility for any loss, theft, injury, damage, or personal property loss incurred during the event.

9. Attendees must comply with all instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, and venue management.

10. The organisers shall not be held liable for any cancellation, postponement, or interruption of the event due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, public emergencies, or acts of God.

12. Entry to SOUND SET SOCIETY constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
