SOULXO policy and conduct

By entering the premises, each attendee hereby acknowledges and agrees that SOULXO is a strictly 18+ event. Proof of age may be required. Alcohol consumption is permitted solely for guests aged 18 or older and must be undertaken responsibly. Possession or use of any illegal or controlled substances is prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible legal action. All guests shall conduct themselves respectfully toward persons, property, and the venue. The host, co-hosts, and organizers accept no liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage of any kind arising from attendance. Guests attend voluntarily and at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their safety, actions, and belongings. Any damage caused shall be reimbursed by the responsible party. Entry constitutes full acceptance of these terms and agreement to comply with all lawful instructions issued by event staff or security.

Refund policy

All Sales Final: All ticket sales for SOULXO are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. Event Changes: In the unlikely event that SOULXO is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued for date changes. Event Cancellation: If SOULXO is fully cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. Entry Denial: Refunds will not be issued for denied entry due to age restrictions (18+), violation of event rules, or failure to comply with security protocols. Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person, but the original buyer remains responsible for ensuring the ticket is used according to event rules.
