Soul Horizons Weekend Camp – Booking Terms & Conditions

  1. Deposit Requirement

    • A 50% deposit of the total ticket price is required to secure your spot.

    • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Balance Payment

    • The remaining 50% must be paid before the event start date or upon arrival.

    • Failure to pay the balance may result in loss of booking.

  3. Cancellations

    • Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your attendance.

    • Organizers may offer rescheduling to a future camp at their discretion, depending on availability.

  4. Transfers

    • Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the organizers.

    • Any approved transfer may incur an administrative fee.

  5. Event Changes

    • Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, venue, or activities if necessary.

    • Participants will be informed of any major changes as soon as possible.

  6. Health & Safety

    • Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions during the camp.

    • Organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or personal property during the event.

  7. Behavior & Conduct

    • All attendees are expected to respect other participants and organizers.

    • Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

  8. Photography & Media

    • By attending, participants consent to photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.

  9. Force Majeure

    • Organizers are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, emergencies, or government restrictions).
