Deposit Requirement
A 50% deposit of the total ticket price is required to secure your spot.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the event start date or upon arrival.
Failure to pay the balance may result in loss of booking.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your attendance.
Organizers may offer rescheduling to a future camp at their discretion, depending on availability.
Transfers
Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the organizers.
Any approved transfer may incur an administrative fee.
Event Changes
Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule, venue, or activities if necessary.
Participants will be informed of any major changes as soon as possible.
Health & Safety
Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions during the camp.
Organizers are not liable for injuries, losses, or personal property during the event.
Behavior & Conduct
All attendees are expected to respect other participants and organizers.
Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.
Photography & Media
By attending, participants consent to photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event for marketing or promotional purposes.
Force Majeure
Organizers are not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, emergencies, or government restrictions).
