A gentle, playful introduction to movement and presence for children. Kids are free to move, explore, and enjoy the experience in their own way — with no pressure and lots of freedom. A beautiful way to connect as a family.
Soul Dance Plus
Includes the full Soul Dance experience plus a 15-minute creative closing session. After the dance, you’ll be gently guided into a quiet, reflective space where you can express and capture your experience in a simple, personal way. You’ll leave with something meaningful to hold onto — a reminder of your rhythm, your presence, and what opened for you in the session. Bring a notebook and pen if you’d like to deepen this moment.
