This month's Soul Dance is an invitation to remember what your heart has always known.

As the sun sets over Gonubie Main Beach, we'll gather in a circle of music, breath, movement and reflection. Wearing silent headphones, each person experiences the journey in their own way while moving together with everyone around them.
