1. Ticket Policy All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the आयोजers. In the case of cancellation, a refund process will be communicated.
2. Entry Requirements This is a curated, mature experience. Entry is reserved. The आयोजers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not align with the nature and standard of the event.
3. Time & Arrival Guests are encouraged to arrive on time to fully enjoy the experience. Late arrival may affect dining service, and no compensation will be provided.
4. Dining Experience The ticket includes a 2-course meal. Menu items are pre-selected. Dietary requirements must be communicated in advance where possible. No substitutions are guaranteed on the day.
5. Seating Seating may be shared depending on capacity. While every effort is made to accommodate groups, seating is not guaranteed unless pre-arranged.
6. Behaviour & Conduct Soul Connex is a respectful and intentional environment. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the event without refund.
7. Alcohol & Responsibility Alcohol may be available for purchase. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. आयोजers are not liable for any incidents resulting from excessive consumption.
8. Media & Content By attending, you consent to photography and videography which may be used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, please inform the team on arrival.
9. Liability Attendance is at your own risk. आयोजers and venue partners are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury.
10. Event Changes The आयोजers reserve the right to make changes to the event format, lineup, or menu where necessary, without prior notice.
