  1. Ticket Purchase

    • All tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

    • Tickets may not be exchanged for cash or transferred without prior approval from the organizers.

    • A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance for admission.

    • Event Partners reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who fails to comply with event rules or whose behavior may compromise the safety and enjoyment of other guests.

    • Guests may be required to present proof of identity upon request.

  3. Age Restriction

    • No attendees under the age of 18

  4. Dress Code

    • The official theme is Vintage. Guests are encouraged to dress according to the theme to enhance the event experience.

  5. Photography and Media

    • By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

    • Event Partners reserves the right to use such content without compensation to attendees.

  6. Food and Beverages

    • Ticket holders will receive the benefits included in their ticket package.

  7. Liability

    • Attendees participate in the event at their own risk.

    • Event Partners, the venue, sponsors, investors and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

  8. Code of Conduct

    • Respectful behavior towards fellow attendees, performers, staff and venue personnel is required at all times.

    • Any form of violence, harassment, discrimination or illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

  9. Event Changes

    • Event Partners reserves the right to make changes to the event program, performers, venue arrangements, or schedule if circumstances require.

    • Any significant changes will be communicated through official Event Partners channels.

  10. Force Majeure

    • Event Partners shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government regulations, strikes or public emergencies.

  11. Cancellation by Attendee

    • If a ticket holder is unable to attend, no refund will be issued.

  12. Acceptance of Terms

    • Purchase and use of a ticket constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
