SOIRÈE SUNDAYS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing a ticket or attending SOIRÈE SUNDAYS, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions. Consider this your formal invitation — and your contract.
1. ADMISSION & ENTRY
This is a strictly 18+ event. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry. No ID, no negotiation.
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or confirmed RSVP, subject to verification at the door.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.
2. TICKETS & REFUNDS
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise by the organisers.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
3. EVENT CHANGES
The organisers reserve the right to change the event date, time, venue, lineup, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of postponement or cancellation, ticket holders will be notified accordingly. Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the organisers.
SAFETY & CONDUCT
Attendees must conduct themselves responsibly at all times.
Illegal substances, weapons, or prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
Any form of harassment, violence, or reckless behaviour will result in immediate removal from the venue.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Attendees enter the venue at their own risk.
The organisers, venue, and affiliates are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
6. MEDIA & CONTENT
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
All media captured at the event remains the property of the organisers and may be used without compensation.
Alcohol will only be served to individuals 18 years and older.
Intoxicated persons may be refused service or removed for safety reasons.
The organisers are not responsible for incidents arising from excessive consumption.
8. WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE
The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions, unless deemed unsafe.
The organisers are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by acts beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, power outages, or governmental restrictions.

All decisions made by the organisers are final and binding.
Attendance signifies acceptance of these terms in full.
