TERMS AND CONDITIONS: SIXTH ANNUAL ALL WHITE PARTY

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets or attending the event. By acquiring a ticket, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these rules.

1. EVENT DETAILS & ACCESS

* Date & Time: The event takes place on 15 December 2026, starting from 11:00 AM until late.

* Venue: Ben Marais Hall, Rustenburg.

* Age Restriction: This is a strictly 18+ event. No underaged persons will be allowed entry. Valid physical ID or passport may be requested at the gate.

* Right of Admission: The organizers (Waltino Promotions) reserve the right of admission. Aggressive, disruptive, or heavily intoxicated behavior will result in immediate removal or denial of entry without a refund.

2. TICKETS & REFUNDS

* Ticket Authenticity: Only tickets purchased through authorized channels, such as Computicket, will be honored. Duplicated, altered, or fraudulent tickets will be confiscated, and holders will be denied entry.

* Ticket Pricing:

- Pre-Sales: R100 (Sold Out)

- Second Bundle: R150

- Third Bundle: R200

- At the Gate: R250

* Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the absolute event of complete cancellation by the organizer.

3. COOLER BOXES & ALCOHOL POLICY

* Cooler Box Permit: A cooler box entry fee of R100 is payable.

* Beverage Restrictions: No glass bottles are permitted inside the venue for safety reasons. All drinks must be decanted into plastic containers or aluminum cans before entry.

* Prohibitions: No selling of items from personal cooler boxes is allowed. Dedicated liquor stalls and food stalls are available on-site for purchases.

4. HEALTH, SAFETY & LIABILITY

* Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, illegal substances, fireworks, and hazardous objects are strictly forbidden. Security personnel will conduct mandatory body and bag searches at the entrance.

* Risk Acknowledgment: Attendance is at your own risk. The venue management and Waltino Promotions accept no liability for personal injury, illness, death, or psychological distress sustained during the event.

* Property Damage/Loss: The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, including vehicles parked inside or outside the venue perimeter.

5. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY

* Public Event Consent: By entering the premises, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorized event media teams. This content may be used for marketing, promotional, or broadcast purposes without compensation.

6. EVENT CHANGES

* Line-Up & Schedule: The artist line-up, performance schedules, and activities are subject to change without prior notice. A change in the line-up does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
