By purchasing a ticket or participating in the Tinshumayelo Tesintfu LIVE SHOW ("Event"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set forth by the organizers, Nhlakanipho Mpendulo Ndzimandze and Lethumusa Simelane ("Organizers").
1. Event Details
The Tinshumayelo Tesintfu LIVE SHOW is a cultural event celebrating Siswati heritage, featuring live presentations on Eswatini’s history, traditions, kingship, surnames, tibongo, tinanatelo ceremonies, and spiritual beliefs.
Event details (date, time, venue, and format) will be communicated via email, WhatsApp, or official event platforms.
2. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
Purchase: Tickets are sold through authorized platforms or directly via the Organizers. All payments must be completed before entry.
Refund Policy: A 50% refund is available for cancellations requested within 7 days of ticket purchase. Requests must be submitted in writing to ndzmndz@icloud.com or via WhatsApp to +268 78425214. No refunds are available after 7 days or post-event.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior approval from the Organizers.
3. Event Access
Valid tickets or proof of purchase are required for entry.
The Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for disruptive behavior, non-compliance with event rules or failure to provide valid identification if requested.
The Event may be recorded for promotional or archival purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use in Tinshumayelo Tesintfu materials.
4. Accessibility and Inclusivity
The Organizers are committed to making the Event accessible. Please contact us at ndzmndz@icloud.com or +268 78425214 at least 14 days prior to the Event to request accommodations (e.g., for elderly attendees or those with disabilities).
Content may include English subtitles to ensure broader accessibility.
5. Intellectual Property
All content presented at the Event, including stories, tibongo, and cultural materials is the intellectual property of the Organizers or Eswatini cultural heritage. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Attendees may share personal photos or videos on social media with credit to Tinshumayelo Tesintfu and by tagging official channels (to be provided).
6. Liability
The Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to property during the Event except where caused by gross negligence.
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and conduct.
7. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, venue or format due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues or force majeure).
In case of Event cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Notifications will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
8. Data Protection
Personal information (e.g., name, contact details) provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for Event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Eswatini. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or if necessary in the courts of Eswatini.
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
