Event Cancellation If the event is cancelled by the organiser, customers will receive a full refund within 7–14 working days. Event Postponement If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 7 days of the announcement. Transfer of Tickets If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at no extra cost, but you must inform the organiser at least 48 hours before the event. No-Show Policy No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals. Force Majeure (unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, government restrictions, etc.) The organiser will try to reschedule. If not possible, refunds will be processed.
