Sip & Paint Event Terms & Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase & Payment
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot by 07 April 2025.
•Full payment must be made before the event date.
•Tickets are available for purchase via Computicket or direct booking (Call/WhatsApp: 079 828 7877 / 068 178 6134).
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
•Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.
•In the case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund or event credit will be issued.
3. Event Rules & Liability
• Participants must be 18 years or older (due to alcohol being served).
•Attendees are responsible for their belongings. The organiser will not be liable for any lost or stolen items.
•The organiser reserves the right to remove any guest who disrupts the event.
4. Photography & Marketing
•By attending the event, you agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform the organiser in advance.
5. Stalls & Vendors
•Stalls are available for vendors. Interested parties should contact 079 828 7877 / 068 178 6134 for bookings.
•Vendors must set up 1 hour before the event and ensure their stall remains professional and tidy.
6. Health & Safety
•If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please notify the organiser before the event.
•Responsible drinking is encouraged. Excessive alcohol consumption will not be tolerated.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions
