Refund policy
Notification of cancellation ( and request for a refund) must be made in writing and sent to the email adress (danzel.andries@gmail.com) of the organiser. A confirmation of reciept of the cancellation notice will be issued by the Organiser however the onus is on the party requesting the cancellation to obtain such from the Organiser as proof, which shall not be unreasonably delayed or withheld, without which the request will not be valid in a case of dispute.
Parking
The venue have safe parking and security at all times.
Alcohol & Drugs
Vehicles will be checked at the entrance of the premises before parking. It will under-go a soft check, for NO ALCOHOL or any form of Drugs is allowed at the premises. Alcohol will be sold at the festival at the setup bars.
