Entry is strictly for ticket holders only.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission without refund if terms are breached.
This is an 18+ event.
Valid government-issued ID may be required at entry.
No under-18s will be allowed entry, with or without a ticket.
The organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or unlawful.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, or explosives
Illegal substances or drugs
Outside food and beverages (unless medically required)
Alcohol not purchased inside the venue
Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment (unless accredited)
Alcohol will only be sold to persons 18 years and older.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated individuals.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited and offenders may be removed and reported to authorities.
Attendees enter the event at their own risk.
Security checks (including bag searches) may be conducted at entry.
The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
A medical and emergency response team will be on site.
By attending, you consent to emergency medical treatment if required.
The organiser is not liable for any medical incidents unless caused by gross negligence.
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
Images and videos may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
Artist line-up, performance times, and programme are subject to change.
No refunds will be issued due to line-up changes.
This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine.
The organiser is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control (weather, government restrictions, acts of God, etc.).
Attendees assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage.
The organiser, sponsors, artists, and venue will not be held liable for any injury, death, or loss unless required by law.
All attendees must comply with South African laws, venue rules, and instructions from staff and security.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Purchase of a ticket and/or entry into the venue constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
