All tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
In exceptional circumstances such as hospitalisation, serious medical emergencies, or death in the immediate family, ticket holders may request a ticket transfer or credit consideration by contacting the organisers and providing reasonable supporting documentation. Approval remains at the discretion of the organisers.
Tickets are transferable only with prior approval from the event organisers.
Entry will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket.
Seating arrangements are subject to availability and event planning requirements.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person behaving in a disruptive, intoxicated, or inappropriate manner.
No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items will be permitted on the premises.
The event organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal property, injury, or accidents occurring during the event.
Guests attend the event at their own risk.
Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the event, guests consent to the use of such content by Shidila Lodge and its affiliates.
The event programme, entertainment, and schedule may be adjusted without prior notice where necessary.
