Tickets
Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
Each ticket admits one person only.
Tickets must be presented at the entrance (printed or digital).
Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be informed of the refund process.
Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change the event programme, speakers, schedule, or venue if necessary.
Any changes will be communicated via official event platforms.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may not be allowed entry once the event has started, or may be seated at a suitable break.
Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully.
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
Recording & Media
Photography, video, and audio recording may take place during the event.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Personal Belongings
The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Food & Beverages
Lunch and drinks are included where stated.
Special dietary requirements should be communicated in advance but are not guaranteed.
Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
