1. Ticket Purchase By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Tickets are valid only for the event, date and ticket category stated on the ticket.
2. Entry A valid ticket must be presented for entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry where necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.
3. Tickets Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets may not be replaced.
4. Event Changes The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, artists, venue arrangements, timings or other event details where circumstances require it.
5. Cancellation & Postponement If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be informed of the applicable arrangements in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.
6. No Unauthorised Recording Professional photography, audio recording, video recording or commercial content capture requires prior approval from the organiser.
7. Safety & Conduct Attendees must follow all reasonable instructions from event staff and security personnel. Disruptive, threatening or unlawful behaviour will not be tolerated.
8. Prohibited Items Attendees may not bring prohibited, dangerous or unlawful items into the venue. Security checks may be conducted before entry.
9. Personal Belongings Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
10. Photography & Media By attending the event, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place for legitimate event, promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.
11. Children & Minors Minors must comply with the venue’s age requirements and supervision rules. Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors attending the event.
12. Acceptance Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable venue rules applicable to the event.
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.
