SAUCED UP FEST – EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Event: Sauced Up Fest – Mpumalanga Debut

Venue: Eplazini Lifestyle, Matsulu, Mpumalanga

Date: 03 October 2026

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Sauced Up Fest, all attendees agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Entry

Entry is strictly by valid ticket only.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

No re-entry will be permitted unless authorised by event management.

2. Age Restriction

This is an 18+ event.

Valid South African identification (ID Card, Smart ID, Passport, or Driver's Licence) may be requested upon entry.

Underage persons will not be permitted into the event.

3. Admission Fee

Every attendee must purchase a valid entry ticket before entering the venue.

Ticket prices may vary depending on sales phases or promotions.

Tickets may not be resold above face value without written permission from the organisers.

4. Cooler Boxes

Cooler boxes are permitted only upon payment of the applicable cooler box fee.

Each cooler box will be inspected by security before entry.

No glass bottles or other prohibited items are allowed inside cooler boxes.

Event management reserves the right to refuse entry of any cooler box that does not comply with event policies.

5. Security & Searches

Professional security personnel will be present throughout the event.

All attendees, bags, cooler boxes, and personal belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time within the venue.

Refusal to be searched will result in denied entry or removal from the venue.

CCTV or other surveillance may be in operation where applicable.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Illegal drugs or narcotics.

Firearms, ammunition, knives, or dangerous weapons.

Explosives or fireworks.

Glass bottles or containers.

Hazardous chemicals.

Any item deemed dangerous by security personnel.

Any prohibited items found may be confiscated, and the attendee may be removed from the event without refund.

7. Alcohol

Alcohol may only be consumed responsibly.

Intoxicated, aggressive, or disorderly persons may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.

Drinking and driving is strongly discouraged.

8. VIP Access

VIP access is strictly reserved for holders of valid VIP tickets or accreditation.

VIP guests must wear the official VIP wristband or credential at all times.

Sharing or tampering with VIP wristbands is prohibited.

The organisers reserve the right to modify VIP offerings without prior notice where necessary.

9. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to:

Respect fellow patrons, staff, performers, and security personnel.

Follow all lawful instructions issued by event officials.

Refrain from fighting, harassment, discrimination, vandalism, or any unlawful conduct.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

10. Medical Emergencies

First aid services will be available at the venue.

In the event of an emergency, attendees should immediately notify the nearest security officer or event official.

11. Photography & Media

By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.

Images and recordings may be used by Sauced Up Fest for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

12. Personal Property

Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

13. Parking

Parking is at the owner's risk.

The organisers are not liable for theft of or damage to vehicles or their contents.

14. Weather

As this is an outdoor event, the event will proceed unless conditions are considered unsafe by the organisers or relevant authorities.

Attendees should dress appropriately for weather conditions.

15. Liability

Attendance is entirely at the attendee's own risk.

The organizers, sponsors, venue owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

16. Compliance with Laws

All attendees must comply with:

South African laws.

Venue rules.

Instructions issued by event management, security personnel, emergency services, and law enforcement.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue and possible criminal prosecution.

17. Amendments

Sauced Up Fest reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary to ensure the safety and successful operation of the event.
