sani2c 2021 Race Massages

Studies show that massage decreases recovery time and improves performance in multi-stage events. All therapists are qualified in massage and sports massage. There will be a Biokinetiscist or Physiotherapist at each race village who will be available to strap injuries - This service does not need to be booked for. There will be ice baths at each race village which you are more than welcome to make use of as well as foam rolling areas.

Bookings are now OPEN. Bookings close at 17:00 on 30 April 2021.

Due to the high demand for massages, changes on the day are very difficult and missing your allocated massage time will result in you forfeiting your treatment. Bookings are not refundable.

When selecting your massage time please bear in mind start times and batching

• Day 1 – A batch start time 8:00am

• Day 2 – A batch start time 6:40am

Make sure you book appropriate times and don't underestimate the ride - it may take longer than you think. No therapists besides the official sani2c therapists may treat in the race village.
