The organiser is not responsible for food quality, allergies, or dietary reactions.
Guests with allergies must enquire directly with vendors.
7. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
By entering, attendees consent to the use of images or footage that may include them.
8. Prohibited Items
No illegal substances.
No weapons or hazardous items.
No outside food or alcohol.
No large gazebos or structures.
9. Behaviour
Respectful behaviour toward guests, vendors, and staff is required.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in disruptive or unsafe conduct.
