1. Entry: Entry is subject to venue capacity and organizer discretion. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest behaving inappropriately.
No weapon allowed in the premises .
2. Theme: Guests are encouraged to dress according to the “Shorts and Shades” theme; however, this is not compulsory for entry.
3. Age Restriction: This is an event where alcohol is served — attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid ID may be requested.
4. Alcohol & Conduct: Please drink responsibly. Organizers are not liable for the actions or behavior of intoxicated guests.
Only certain alcohol from outside that will be allowed.
5. Lineup Changes: While Tamyris Moiane is confirmed as headliner, the organizers reserve the right to amend the lineup, schedule, or program due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Personal Belongings: The organizers, Black Crown Music, and Lopsnel Carwash are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
7. Liability: By attending, guests agree to attend at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
8. Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed/photographed.
9. No Refunds: All tickets/entry fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
