Ticket Allocation: Each graduand will receive three complimentary tickets: one ticket for the graduand and two tickets for guests. Tickets will be emailed to the graduand.
No Additional Tickets: No additional guest tickets will be available for purchase or allocation. Each graduand is limited to two guests only. Please do not arrive with additional guests, as they will not be permitted entry without a valid ticket.
Session-Specific Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the ceremony session allocated to the graduand's faculty and may not be used for another session.
Entry Requirements: Every graduand and guest must present their valid ticket, either electronically or printed, to gain entry to the ceremony. No entry will be permitted without a valid ticket.
Ticket Responsibility: Graduands are responsible for ensuring that their tickets are safely retained and provided to their two designated guests before the ceremony.
Venue Capacity: Attendance is strictly limited in accordance with venue capacity. For this reason, requests for additional guest tickets cannot be accommodated.
Code of Conduct: Graduands and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with all ceremony, campus and venue requirements.
Important: Only the graduand and two ticketed guests will be admitted. No additional tickets will be sold or issued.
