6. Liability

• Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and personal insurance where applicable.

7. Media & Content

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Event content, logos, flyers, videos, and branding remain the property of the organizer and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

• The event may continue despite weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.

• The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, power failures, or emergencies.

9. Right of Admission

• Right of admission is reserved.

• The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behavior may negatively affect the safety, enjoyment, or reputation of the event.
