3. Event Changes

Artists, performers, or guests may be added, removed, or substituted without prior notice.
No refunds will be issued for lineup changes or scheduling adjustments.
4. Entry Requirements
Valid proof of purchase or ticket confirmation must be presented at the entrance.
Attendees may be required to provide identification upon request.
Entry may be denied to intoxicated, aggressive, or disruptive individuals.
5. Security & Safety
Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
Dangerous items, weapons, illegal substances, or prohibited materials are strictly forbidden.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee violating safety rules without refund.
6. Liability
Attendance is at your own risk.
The organizer, venue, sponsors, performers, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or personal belongings during the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation and personal insurance where applicable.
7. Media & Content
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes.
Event content, logos, flyers, videos, and branding remain the property of the organizer and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Weather & Force Majeure
The event may continue despite weather conditions unless deemed unsafe.
The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, power failures, or emergencies.
9. Right of Admission
Right of admission is reserved.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behavior may negatively affect the safety, enjoyment, or reputation of the event.
