* Vehicle scraping or damage may occur during participation.

* Organizers, sponsors, venue owners, photographers, or affiliates will not be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from participation.

* Marshals have the final decision regarding attempts, measurements, and safety.

## 5. Alcohol, Drugs & Weapons

* No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous items are permitted.

* Any attendee found under the influence causing disturbance may be removed from the venue without refund.

* Underage drinking is strictly prohibited.

## 6. Photography & Media

* By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording.

* Event media may be used for promotional and marketing purposes on social media, posters, websites, and future advertising without compensation.

## 7. Personal Responsibility

* Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times.

* Organizers are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

* Please respect the venue, surrounding community, and fellow attendees.

## 8. Safety & Conduct

* Fighting, harassment, discrimination, vandalism, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event.

* Keep the venue clean and use designated bins.

* Follow all emergency and safety procedures if instructed.

## 9. Event Changes

* The organizers reserve the right to:

* Change the event schedule, DJs, activities, or layout if necessary.

* Delay, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
