1. Ticket Sales

All tickets are sold subject to these Terms & Conditions. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to comply with these terms and all reasonable instructions from event organisers, venue management and security personnel.

2. Tickets

Tickets must be purchased through authorised ticketing channels. Each ticket is valid for one person only and may only be used once. Tickets that are duplicated, tampered with or obtained through unauthorised sources may be refused.

3. No Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the event is cancelled and the organiser announces a refund process.

4. Event Changes

C&L Entertainment reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the lineup, programme, entertainment, operating times or event arrangements where necessary. Such changes will not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements in accordance with the organiser's announced process and applicable law.

6. Age Restriction

This is an adult event for persons aged 25 years and older. Valid identification may be requested at the entrance. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the age requirement.

7. Security & Right of Admission

All guests are subject to security checks upon entry. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a threatening, abusive, disorderly or inappropriate manner.

8. Prohibited Items

Weapons, illegal drugs, dangerous objects, explosives, outside alcohol, glass containers and any other items considered dangerous or inappropriate by security or management are prohibited.

9. Cooler Boxes

Only cooler boxes purchased through the authorised event arrangements will be permitted, subject to the event's cooler-box policy and security inspection. Management reserves the right to refuse prohibited items.

10. No Re-entry

Re-entry may not be permitted once a guest has exited the event. Management may implement a re-entry policy where necessary.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. C&L Entertainment, Fun Valley Pleasure Resort and their representatives will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Photography & Video

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs or videos taken at the event.

13. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other guests, staff, artists, security personnel and venue property. Anyone engaging in misconduct may be removed from the premises without a refund.

14. Weather & Outdoor Conditions

The event is an outdoor event. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for weather conditions. Reasonable changes to the event may be made due to circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

15. Venue Rules

All guests must comply with the rules, safety requirements and regulations of Fun Valley Pleasure Resort.

16. Liability

Guests attend the event at their own risk, subject to applicable law. C&L Entertainment and the venue will not be liable for loss, injury or damage except to the extent that such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

17. Event Management

The organiser reserves the right to take reasonable measures to ensure the safety, security and smooth operation of the event.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, the ticket holder confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

C&L Entertainment reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
