1. TICKETS & ADMISSION

1.1 This ticket admits ONE person only.

1.2 All tickets sold via Computicket. Keep your QR code safe. Duplicated or screenshotted tickets will be denied.

1.3 Ticket Prices: Early Bird R100 | Phase 1 R150 | Phase 2 R200 | Phase 3 R250 | VIP R500 (with food & refreshments).

1.4 Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable. No refund for no-show.

1.5 Right of Admission Reserved (R.O.A.R).

2. COOLERBOX POLICY

2.1 Coolerbox fee is R100 BEFORE 17:00.

2.2 NO coolerboxes will be allowed AFTER 17:00. Strictly enforced.

2.3 No glass bottles allowed inside coolerboxes.

3. AGE & CONDUCT

3.1 This is an 18+ event. ID may be requested. Drink Responsibly. #NoUnder18 - http://aware.org.za

3.2 No illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects.

3.3 No unruly, violent or disrespectful behaviour. Organizers may eject any person without refund.

3.4 Dress Code: Theme Tennis & Golf. Dress to impress.

4. VIP TICKET - R500

4.1 VIP includes access to VIP area, food & selected refreshments.

4.2 VIP benefits are only valid on 27 Dec 2026 and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3 VIP area is limited to capacity.

5. LIABILITY & SAFETY

5.1 Attendance is at your own risk. 1036 Lifestyle, Cecil Emmett Stadium, and all sponsors will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or theft of personal belongings.

5.2 Please secure your valuables. No parking attendant is liable for vehicle damage.

5.3 Medical / Security personnel have final say in emergencies.

6. PROGRAM & CANCELLATION

6.1 Lineup including DJ Young and other artists is subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

6.2 Event will proceed rain or shine. In case of extreme weather or government restriction, event may be postponed. Tickets will be moved to new date, no cash refund.

6.3 Gates open 2PM. Program times are approximate.

7. MEDIA CONSENT

7.1 By entering the venue you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded for marketing, social media and future promotions by 1036 Lifestyle.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS

No coolerboxes after 17:00, no glass, no weapons, no drugs, no outside food vendors, no professional cameras without accreditation.
