Incase of cancelation
-If the cancelation occurs 25 days prior to the event, a 15% cancelation fee will apply
- If Cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the event, a 50% cancelation will apply
- If the cancelation occurs less than 7 days, 100% cancelation fee will apply. Please make sure to inform ticket holders as soon as possible for a refund
Only children between the age of 5-12 years old are to pay R50.
Tickets are not to be duplicated or reused at the door.
Ticket prices and availability. Be clear about the price of tickets and how many tickets are available for each event.
Payment methods. Accept a variety of payment methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
Refunds and exchanges. State your refund and exchange policy clearly.

Ticket scalping. Scalping is the practice of buying tickets with the intention of reselling them at a higher price. To discourage scalping, you may want to include a clause in your terms and conditions that prohibits the resale of tickets for more than face value.
Copyright and trademark infringement. You may want to include a clause in your terms and conditions that prohibits the use of copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
Limitation of liability. You may want to include a clause in your terms and conditions that limits your liability in the event of an injury or other loss.
