To ensure safety and order, dedicated security personnel will be present throughout the general area, supported by car marshals who will secure and protect all parking spaces. Everyone will be comfortably seated under waterproof tents, with benches and umbrellas provided for added convenience. At the entrance, a photo booth will be available for capturing memorable moments. Deep-Rooted Music team will be in a branded ‘Ask Me?’ T-shirts to provide quick assistance and information. The small cooler boxes are at R100, and the large cooler boxes are at R200.
