All ticket holders must comply with reasonable security and entry procedures.
The organiser may conduct security checks before allowing entry. Persons who refuse reasonable security procedures may be denied entry.
The following may be prohibited at the venue:
Weapons or dangerous objects
Illegal substances
Items that may endanger other spectators
Unauthorised professional recording equipment
Objects prohibited by the venue or security personnel
Spectators must behave responsibly and follow instructions from event officials and security personnel.
The organiser reserves the right to remove individuals who engage in disruptive, threatening, abusive or unlawful behaviour.
Children and minors must comply with the venue's age and supervision requirements. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors attending the event.
Ticket holders are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser and venue are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
By attending the event, spectators acknowledge that photography, video recording and other media may take place at the venue.
Images or recordings may be used for legitimate event, promotional, marketing or media purposes, subject to applicable law.
All attendees must comply with health, safety and emergency instructions issued by venue personnel, security officials or the organiser.
In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow evacuation and safety procedures.
To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not responsible for loss, injury or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Tickets obtained through unauthorised sources may be invalid.
The organiser reserves the right to deny entry where there is reasonable suspicion that a ticket has been fraudulently obtained, duplicated, altered or unlawfully resold.
Purchase or use of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The organiser reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
