Blue Dot Property Real Estate Expo 2026

Event Date: 18 November 2026 Time: 10:00 - 18:00 Venue: The Ridge Casino, Highveld Mall, eMalahleni

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Blue Dot Property Real Estate Expo 2026 ("the Event"), attendees agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Admission

1.1. Admission is subject to presentation of a valid ticket or proof of registration.

1.2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or poses a risk to the safety of others.

1.3. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer in writing.

2. Tickets and Refunds

2.1. All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated.

2.2. Refund requests due to cancellation by the attendee will be considered at the sole discretion of the organizer.

2.3. If the Event is postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date. Refunds will be subject to the applicable ticketing platform's policies.

3. Event Programme

3.1. The organizer reserves the right to amend the Event programme, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, venue arrangements, or schedule without prior notice.

3.2. No refunds will be provided due to changes in exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, or programme content.

4. Photography and Media

4.1. The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional, marketing, and media purposes.

4.2. By attending the Event, attendees grant Blue Dot Property permission to use photographs, video recordings, and other media in which they may appear without compensation.

5. Liability

5.1. Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk.

5.2. Blue Dot Property, its sponsors, exhibitors, partners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, damage, accident, or expense incurred during attendance at the Event.

5.3. Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.

6. Exhibitor and Sponsor Information

6.1. Information presented by exhibitors, developers, banks, management schemes, or sponsors is provided for informational purposes only.

6.2. Blue Dot Property does not warrant, endorse, or guarantee any investment opportunity, property development, financial product, or service offered by exhibitors or sponsors.

6.3. Attendees are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreements or financial commitments.

7. Venue Rules

7.1. Attendees must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and instructions issued by Event staff and venue management.

7.2. Illegal substances, weapons, dangerous items, or any prohibited materials are not permitted.

7.3. The organizer reserves the right to conduct security screenings where necessary.

8. Parking

8.1. Parking is available at designated parking areas at The Ridge Casino and Highveld Mall.

8.2. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

8.3. Blue Dot Property, The Ridge Casino, Highveld Mall, sponsors, exhibitors, and Event partners accept no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

9. Health and Safety

9.1. Attendees must follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures implemented by the organizer and venue.

9.2. In the event of an emergency, attendees must comply with instructions from Event personnel, security staff, and emergency services.

10. Privacy

10.1. Personal information collected during ticket registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

10.2. Attendee information may be used for Event administration, communication, and future marketing related to Blue Dot Property events, subject to applicable consent requirements.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. The organizer shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, interruption, or modification of the Event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, public health emergencies, civil unrest, or utility failures.
