Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets

All tickets must be presented at the gate, either printed or on your phone. Each ticket is valid for 1 person only.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand plans change. Refunds will be considered for cases of death, hospitalisation, or if the event is cancelled by the organisers. Proof may be required. No refunds for change of mind or no-show. Ticket transfers to another person are allowed - just notify us at 067 589 71 05.

3. Event Changes

In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event may be postponed. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

4. Venue Rules

• Gates open at 09:00. Show starts at 10:00

• Food and drinks will be sold at the venue.

• No weapons, drugs, or illegal substances permitted

• Secure parking is available on site

• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately

5. Health & Safety

By attending you agree to follow all safety instructions from event staff. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Media

By entering the venue you consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional purposes by Toro Innovations NPC.
