Refund policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizers. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be processed through Computicket only. Please note: Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for no-shows or personal schedule changes.
Parking
Secure parking will be available on-site at Hakunamatata Lodge & Spa. Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a spot. The event organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left in cars.
Ticket Policy
Each ticket admits one person only. Tickets also available at the door on the day (while stocks last).Tickets must be presented at the gate (digital or printed). No re-entry once you leave the venue. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable except in case of event cancellation.
Entry Policy
Gates open at 11AM — please arrive early to avoid delays. Right of admission reserved. No outside food or alcohol allowed. Security checks will be conducted at the gate. Cool, casual dress code – come comfortable and summer-fresh.
Food & Beverages
On-site restaurant and bar available. Hookah pipes allowed in designated outdoor areas. Alcohol served to guests 18+ only (ID required).
Media & Photography
The event will be filmed and photographed. Attendance implies consent for use in promotional material.
Conduct Policy
Respect fellow guests and staff at all times. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
