Ticket Policy All tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Cooler Box Policy Cooler boxes are allowed and free of charge. However, the organiser reserves the right to inspect cooler boxes at the entrance for safety purposes. No dangerous objects or illegal substances will be permitted.
Parking Parking will be available at or near the venue. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property.
Safety and Security All attendees may be subject to security checks. Weapons, illegal substances, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited.
Photography and Media By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes.
Liability Attendance at the event is at the attendee’s own risk. The organisers, partners, and venue will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage.
Weather Policy The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the organisers.
