PARKING POLICY – Randfontein Gouefees Limited parking is available on the official grounds and designated overflow areas. Parking is first-come, first-served. Parking fee: R30 per vehicle (cash or card machine available). This fee helps cover security, lighting and ground maintenance. The parking fee is non-refundable, even if the event proceeds in rainy weather or if you decide to leave early. Park entirely at your own risk. Randfontein Publicity Association, Above All Functions, the venue owners, security personnel and event organisers accept no liability for any loss, damage, theft or injury to vehicles, contents or persons in the parking areas – however caused. No overnight parking or camping in vehicles is allowed unless you have a specific camping permit. Illegal parking (blocking roads, emergency routes, private property or disabled bays without permit) will result in clamping or towing at the owner’s expense. Disabled parking bays are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid disabled parking disc only. Please lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables visible. Report any incidents to the on-site security team immediately. Follow the directions of parking marshals and security staff at all times – failure to do so may result in refusal of entry or removal from the premises. AGE & CHILDREN POLICY Children under 6 years enter FREE (no ticket required) but must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Children 6–12 years require a paid child ticket where applicable. Organisers reserve the right to request valid ID (ID, driver’s licence or birth certificate).

By entering the event you give permission for your image/likeness to be used in promotional material (photos, videos, live streams) by the organisers and official media partners – no compensation payable.
You enter at your own risk. In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, first-aid stations are clearly marked. The event complies with the Safety at Sports and Recreational Events Act (Act 2 of 2010). Current Disaster Management Act regulations will be enforced if applicable.
Management may refuse entry or remove any person who: Is visibly intoxicated. Behaves aggressively or dangerously. Refuses a bag search. Brings prohibited items.
Hand all found items to the information tent. Organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Unclaimed items will be handed to Randfontein SAPS after 7 days.
If the event is cancelled or curtailed due to war, terrorism, fire, flood, pandemic, government restrictions, or any cause beyond our control, organisers are not liable for refunds beyond the ticket face value.
No alcohol may be brought onto the premises. All bags will be searched at the gates. Any alcohol found will be confiscated and destroyed. No refunds if you are refused entry because of this. Alcohol sales – strictly 18+ only. Alcohol will ONLY be sold and consumed inside the clearly marked and fenced designated beer gardens / bar areas. You may NOT remove alcohol from these areas or walk around the festival grounds with alcohol in your hand. Proof of age is compulsory - Valid ID (South African ID, driver’s licence, or passport) MUST be presented when buying alcohol. If you look under 18 you WILL be asked for ID – no ID = no alcohol. Temporary paper licences or photos of ID will NOT be accepted. No alcohol sold to minors or intoxicated persons. It is illegal to buy or supply alcohol to anyone under 18. Offenders will be handed to SAPS. Bar staff have the right to refuse service to anyone who appears drunk. Anyone caught supplying alcohol to minors, drinking outside the designated areas, or trying to sneak alcohol in will be ejected immediately – no refund and possible criminal charges. Drink responsibly and keep our Gouefees safe and family-friendly! Randfontein Publicity Association & Above All Functions (In line with the Liquor Act 59 of 2003 and venue regulations)Add this policy exactly as it is – it’s fully compliant and used by almost every big SA festival.
