Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

- All tickets must be purchased through the official PSF channels or authorised representatives.

- Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior written notice to PSF.

- Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid ticket or confirmation email.

2. Event Purpose

- Proceeds from the gala support the PSF’s work in combating gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF) and empowering women and girls across South Africa.

3. Conduct & Dress Code

- Black-tie masquerade attire is encouraged.

- PSF reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

4. Parking

- Complimentary parking is provided on-site for all guests. Parking is shared for VIP and general admission. PSF is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or personal property, however the PSF will ensure strong security on-site.

5. Photography & Media

- By attending, guests consent to photography and videography for PSF’s promotional and reporting purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event coordinator on arrival.

6. Cancellation & Postponement

- PSF reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and a new date will be communicated.

7. Liability

- PSF and The Adventure Heritage Point (Ga Manyane) are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the event, except where required by law.

8. Compliance

- Attendees must comply with South African laws and venue regulations at all times.
