Terms and Conditions

for Project X

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers only (e.g. official Computicket outlets or online).

Each ticket admits one person only.

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and venue specified.

2. Sale Finality, Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except if the event is cancelled.

If the event is cancelled, attendees will receive a refund of the face value of the ticket, via the original method of payment.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date (unless otherwise stated).

3. Entry & Security

Attendees must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) for entry. No entry will be allowed without a valid ticket.

Lost, stolen, duplicated or forged tickets will not be accepted. Only the first valid ticket presented is honoured.

Organisers reserve the right to conduct security checks (bags, personals, etc.) at entry, and to refuse admission or remove any individual for safety or misconduct.

4. Conduct & Behaviour

Attendees must behave responsibly, respectfully and safely. Disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behaviour (e.g. violence, harassment, intoxication, use of illegal substances) will result in removal from the event without refund.

The organisers reserve the right to deny entry or remove persons at their discretion.

5. Prohibited Items & Activities

Items deemed dangerous, illegal or prohibited by venue security (e.g. weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol if restricted, bulky bags, etc.) are not allowed.

Specific activities such as “crowd surfing”, “moshing”, or any behaviour that may endanger others may be prohibited depending on the event/venue rules.

6. Photography, Filming & Media Use

By entering the event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded (video/audio) and consent to those materials being used for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes without compensation.

Unauthorized professional filming, recording, or livestreaming may be prohibited unless written permission is granted by organisers.

7. Liability & Risk

Entry is at your own risk. The organisers, venue and ticketing agents are not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, or any other harm to personal property resulting from attendance.

You may be required to follow safety, health or venue regulations (e.g. security checks, restricted areas, emergency procedures).

8. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

The organisers reserve the right to change the event’s lineup, schedule, or programme without prior notice. Such changes do not qualify for ticket refunds or exchanges.

If the event is cancelled entirely, a refund will be issued for the ticket face value, as outlined above.

In case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.

9. Resale & Transfer Restrictions

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or offered for resale (especially at a premium) without prior written permission from the organisers or ticketing agent. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

Tickets purchased from unofficial sellers or scalpers may be invalidated at entry.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using or presenting the ticket, the holder agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.

The organisers and ticketing agent have full discretion to enforce these terms and take necessary action (refusal, removal, cancellation) in case of violations.
