PROJECT X HOUSE PARTY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Admission

  • Entry is only permitted with a valid, scannable Webticket.

  • No refunds on tickets unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

  • The organisers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe or aggressive manner.

2. Age Restriction

  • This event is strictly 18+.

  • Valid identification may be required at the gate.

3. Conduct

  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others, the venue and staff.

  • Any violent, abusive or dangerous behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event.

4. Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol may be brought or purchased only by attendees aged 18+.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Anyone found in possession of illegal items will be removed and possibly reported.

5. Safety & Security

  • Security personnel and marshals will be present. Please follow their instructions at all times.

  • The organisers cannot guarantee the conduct of every attendee; guests attend at their own risk.

6. Parking Policy

  • Parking is at your own risk.

  • The organisers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage or vandalism of vehicles or belongings left inside vehicles.

7. Personal Belongings

  • The organisers and venue will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

  • Keep your valuables with you at all times.

8. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

  • Images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the organisers.

9. Event Changes

  • The organisers reserve the right to alter the event schedule, location or lineup at any time without notice.

  • If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified regarding refund or rescheduling procedures.

10. Liability

  • All attendees participate at their own risk.

  • Majita ba 6, the venue and all partners are not liable for injury, loss or damages arising from attendance, travel or participation in the event.

11. No Weapons

  • Strictly no weapons or dangerous objects permitted on-site.

12. Right of Admission Reserved (ROAR)

  • The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person who poses a threat to the safety or enjoyment of others.
