1. Ticket Purchase and Validity
All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.
Tickets are only valid when purchased through authorized sellers.
A valid ticket guarantees one-time entry to the event for the specified date and time.
2. Event Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
The organizer reserves the right to change the event schedule, venue, or lineup without prior notice.
If an event is canceled, a refund may be offered through the original point of purchase.
In the event of rescheduling, the ticket will usually be valid for the new date. Refund requests may be honored depending on the policy.
3. Ticket Transfer and Resale
Tickets may not be resold above face value unless authorized by the event organizer.
Unauthorized resale or duplication of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
Tickets may be non-transferable.
5. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety regulations set by the event or venue.
The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, or property damage incurred at the event.
6. Photography and Recordings
Attendees consent to being filmed or photographed as part of the audience, and such media may be used for promotional purposes.
7. Liability
The ticket holder attends the event at their own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for any personal items lost or stolen at the venue.
8. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to events beyond their control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government actions).
