If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refund requests may be considered if the new date cannot be attended, subject to Computicket’s refund procedures. Refund requests must be submitted through Computicket with proof of purchase and ticket details. Service and processing fees charged by Computicket may not be refundable. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or lineup if necessary.
