1. Ticket Purchase
1.1. All tickets purchased for the 1st Annual Praise & Purpose – Eshowe Gospel Experience are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Tickets are valid only for the event taking place on 14 November 2026 at Aloe Lifestyle Hotel Marquee, Eshowe.
1.3. Ticket prices are determined by the applicable ticket phase at the time of purchase.
2. Wristbands & Entry
2.1. A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance on the day of the event.
2.2. Wristbands will be issued at the door upon verification of a valid ticket.
2.3. Wristbands must be worn for the duration of the event and may not be transferred, tampered with or duplicated.
2.4. Management reserves the right to refuse entry where a ticket is invalid, duplicated, altered or cannot be verified.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.
3.2. In the event that the organisers cancel the event, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable refund or alternative arrangements.
3.3. Changes to the artist line-up, programme or event schedule do not automatically entitle ticket holders to a refund.
4. Event Rules & Conduct
4.1. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
4.2. Management reserves the right to remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, threatening, abusive or poses a risk to other guests.
4.3. No weapons, illegal substances or other prohibited items may be brought onto the premises.
4.4. Security checks may be conducted at the entrance.
5. Children & Minors
5.1. The event is intended to be family-friendly.
5.2. Children and minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5.3. Parents/guardians remain responsible for minors in their care.
6. Food, Drinks & Venue
6.1. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.
6.2. Outside food and beverages may be restricted in accordance with venue policies.
6.3. Guests are required to respect the venue and its facilities.
7. Photography & Recording
7.1. Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional, marketing and social media purposes.
7.2. By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear incidentally in event photographs or recordings.
8. Personal Belongings
8.1. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
8.2. The organisers and venue accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Event Changes
9.1. The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event programme, timings, artists, venue arrangements or other event details where necessary.
9.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders where reasonably possible.
10. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Praise & Purpose – Eshowe Gospel Experience, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with reasonable instructions from event management, security personnel and venue staff.
