Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply: - If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply; - If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply; - Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person's ticket.

Parking is available at the venue at a fee of R50 per vehicle. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Attendees park their vehicles at their own risk. POTS MEDIA and the venue will not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to vehicles or belongings. Please follow all instructions from parking and security personnel and use designated parking areas only. Parking Fee: R50 per vehicle.

Food stalls are available to approved vendors only. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, stock, gazebo/table and staff. All food must comply with applicable health and safety requirements. Vendors may only sell food items approved by POTS MEDIA and must keep their stall clean throughout the event. No alcohol sales are permitted from food stalls. Stall fees are non-refundable once payment has been made. For enquiries or stall bookings: Contact POTS MEDIA.

No weapons are permitted at POTS NEON PARTY. This includes firearms, knives, dangerous objects, explosives, and any other item that may pose a threat to the safety of attendees. All guests may be subject to security screening upon entry. Anyone found carrying a prohibited weapon will be denied entry or removed from the venue, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities where necessary. No refunds will be provided for refusal of entry due to possession of prohibited items.

By purchasing a ticket and attending POTS NEON PARTY, you acknowledge and agree that photography and videography will take place throughout the event. POTS MEDIA, its representatives, photographers, videographers and authorised media personnel may capture photographs and video footage of attendees during the event. By attending the event, you grant POTS MEDIA permission to use, reproduce, publish and distribute your image, likeness and appearance in photographs and video footage for legitimate marketing, promotional, advertising and event-related purposes, including social media platforms, websites, digital advertising and future promotional campaigns. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm your acceptance of this policy.
