Refund Policy
PorryLand Ticket Refund Policy 1. All Sales Final: Tickets purchased for PorryLand are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. 2. Event Postponement: If PorryLand is postponed, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date. Patrons who cannot attend the rescheduled event may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement. 3. Event Cancellation: If PorryLand is cancelled, full refunds (excluding transaction fees) will be issued automatically through the original point of purchase. 4. Line-Up Changes: The artist lineup is subject to change without notice. Line-up or schedule changes do not qualify for a refund. 5. Venue or Date Changes: If the venue or date changes but the event proceeds, tickets remain valid, and refunds will not be issued unless the patron is unable to attend the new location or date. 6. Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the promoter’s control (e.g., extreme weather, national emergencies, pandemics, or government restrictions). Tickets will, however, be valid for a rescheduled date. 7. Ticket Resale & Transfer: Tickets purchased are for personal use only and may not be resold above face value. Verified ticket transfers must be done through the official platform. 8. Consumer Protection: PorryLand values its community and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances apply.
Parking
PorryLand Parking Policy 1. Parking Fee: Secure parking is available at all PorryLand events at a flat rate of R150 per car. 2. Security & Safety: All parking areas are monitored by on-site security personnel and CCTV surveillance to ensure a safe environment for patrons and their vehicles. 3. Responsibility: While PorryLand provides secure and supervised parking, the promoter and venue are not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside. Patrons are encouraged to lock and secure their vehicles at all times. 4. Access & Operation: Parking opens two hours before event start time and closes one hour after the event ends. 5. Payment: Parking fees are payable on entry — cashless payments preferred (card or mobile accepted).
