FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
By purchasing or using this ticket and entering the event, you agree to the following:
1. Admission
Ticket admits one person only.
Tickets must be presented upon request.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
Right of admission reserved.
2. Security & Entry Control
All persons and belongings may be searched.
Refusal to be searched will result in denied entry.
3. Age Restrictions
Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol will only be sold to persons 18+ with valid ID.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
The organiser may remove any person who:
is intoxicated or disorderly,
engages in violence or illegal acts,
endangers others,
fails to follow safety instructions.
Removal will be without refund.
5. Alcohol & Prohibited Substances
No outside alcohol permitted. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed:
weapons,
illegal substances,
fireworks/flares,
glass containers,
drones,
cooler boxes (unless authorised),
hazardous or dangerous items.
7. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
This is an outdoor public event.
By entering, you acknowledge and accept that:
attendance is entirely at your own risk;
large crowds, loud music, weather conditions, uneven ground, and temporary structures may pose hazards;
you voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, loss, damage, or death.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Social Productions, the venue, staff, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or death arising from attendance.
8. Medical & Health
Attendees with medical conditions attend at their own risk.
First aid services will be available.
9. Public Health & Safety Compliance
Attendees agree to comply with any applicable public health regulations in force at the time of the event.
Entry may be refused to persons failing to comply.
10. Photography & Media Consent
By entering, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded.
The organiser may use this media for promotional purposes without compensation.
11. Event Changes & Weather
The event will proceed regardless of weather unless unsafe.
Programme and line-ups may change without notice.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
12. Parking & Personal Property
Vehicles and belongings are at owner’s risk.
13. Compliance with Laws
All attendees must comply with South African laws and municipal regulations.

Venda de álcool apenas a maiores de 18 anos com identificação válida.
Conduta
Pessoas intoxicadas, violentas ou que coloquem outros em risco serão removidas sem reembolso.
Itens Proibidos
Não é permitido trazer:
armas,
drogas ilegais,
fogos de artifício,
recipientes de vidro,
drones,
objetos perigosos.
Responsabilidade e Risco
Este é um evento ao ar livre.
Ao entrar, aceita todos os riscos relacionados com multidões, condições meteorológicas, ruído e estruturas temporárias.
A Social Productions e seus parceiros não se responsabilizam por ferimentos, perdas ou danos, na medida permitida pela lei.
Saúde Pública
Os participantes devem cumprir quaisquer regulamentos de saúde pública aplicáveis.
Fotografia e Vídeo
Ao entrar, autoriza o uso da sua imagem para fins promocionais.
Clima e Alterações
O evento realiza-se independentemente das condições meteorológicas, salvo se consideradas inseguras.
Propriedade
Objetos pessoais e veículos são da responsabilidade do proprietário.
