Terms and Conditions

1. Entry and Admission

  • Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • No re-entry is allowed once you exit the venue.

  • Organizers reserve the right to refuse admission to any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or who fails to comply with event policies.

2. Children and Minors

  • Children are welcome; however, those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. Food and Beverages

  • ONLY EMPTY COOLERBOX and food baskets are allowed into the venue

  • A variety of food and beverage vendors will be on-site with card payment facilities.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Items

  • Allowed items: fold-up chairs, blankets, hand-held umbrellas, small bags, and personal cameras (non-commercial use).

  • Prohibited items: glass containers, cooler boxes, weapons, fireworks, large umbrellas, gazebos (on field), gas or charcoal braais, and any hazardous materials.

5. Event Safety and Security

  • Attendees are subject to security checks at entry.

  • Security personnel and event staff are there for your safety. Please follow all instructions from staff at all times.

  • The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant.

6. Weather Policy

  • The event will proceed regardless of weather conditions (rain or shine).

  • Attendees are advised to dress appropriately and bring raincoats or hand-held umbrellas if rain is forecasted.

  • No refunds will be issued due to weather-related interruptions.

7. Accessibility

  • The venue provides designated areas for guests with disabilities.

  • Guests requiring special accommodations should contact the organizers in advance.

8. Media and Photography

  • By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional use.

  • Personal photography and videos are allowed, but commercial or professional equipment is restricted without prior accreditation.

9. Parking

  • On-site parking is available and will be managed by event staff.

  • The organizers are not responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles.

10. Amendments

  • The organizers reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • It is the responsibility of attendees to review the most current version available on the event website or social media pages.
