All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Tickets are valid only for the specified event date and are non-transferable without written consent.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person for misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or non-compliance with event rules.
The event programme, performers, times, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
All attendees, vendors, artists, and staff enter and participate entirely at their own risk.
The organiser, event owner, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and the property/venue owner shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or death arising from attendance or participation, except where caused by proven gross negligence as defined by law.
The organiser is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Vendors and exhibitors are fully responsible for their own equipment, products, staff, and public liability.
All participants must comply with municipal by-laws, health and safety regulations, and South African law.
No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises.
By attending the event, all attendees consent to photography and videography for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.
Any disputes arising from this event shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
