1. Ticketing and Admission:
o Tickets: Attendees must purchase valid tickets through authorized channels (i.e., online, Computicket).
o Admission Rights: The event organizers reserve the right to admit or deny entry.
o Valid Ticket Receipt Upon Entry: Attendees will be required to present valid ticket that they would have received via email upon purchase for verification.
2. Behavior and Etiquette:
o Respect: Attendees must treat fellow guests and performers with respect.
o Quiet During Performances: Silence mobile phones and refrain from talking during poetry readings.
o No Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive behavior (e.g., heckling, excessive noise) will not be tolerated.
3. Photography and Recording:
o Photography: Photography is allowed unless specified otherwise.
o Recording: Video recording of performances is permitted with prior consent.
4. Liability and Indemnity:
o Assumption of Risk: Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event.
o Indemnification: Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers from any claims or damages.
5. Refunds and Cancellations:
o Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
o Event Changes: In case of event postponement or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified and allowed to request refund if rescheduling is of inconvenience to them
6. Merchandise and Promotions:
o Merchandise Sales: Please note that MITI-APPAREL merchandise will be sold during the event and guests are welcome to pay in cash.
o Promotions: Attendees may receive promotional materials related to the event.
7. Age Restrictions:
o Age Limit: The event is restricted to ages from 8+. This is due to the type and environment that the event desires to accomplish “No Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive behavior will be tolerated.”
